The job: As the Assistant Manager for Salt & Ivy you'll be at the heart of this one-of-a-kind dining destination. You'll oversee the daily operations of Salt & Ivy, ensuring service excellence while creating unforgettable guest experiences. With your welcoming energy and leadership, you'll inspire your team to deliver those WOW moments that keep guests coming back. The day-to-day:

• Make daily floor plans per shift to ensure proper rotation and coverage of stations.
• Supervise floor service in the dining room during hours of operation.
• Communicate with management, chefs, and culinary staff to fulfill and address any issues or needs of the guests or employees.
• Ensures high customer satisfaction and an exceptional guest experience.

The ideal candidate:

• Must be 21 years old or older.
• Must have a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 2+ years of prior relevant experience.
