Hire Up Staffing is seeking a motivated and dependable Team Lead for a reputable tire company in Gulfport, MS. This role is perfect for someone self-motivated, willing to take initiative, and ready to step into a leadership role while staying hands-on with day-to-day operations. Schedule: Monday-Friday 730 am-5 pm; some Saturdays and occasional late evenings may be required depending on workload Pay: $17 DOE Job Responsibilities: Serve as the right-hand person to the supervisor, assisting with oversight of daily operations. Oversee and support employees on occasion, ensuring safety and productivity. Unload, stack, and organize tires by brand, size, and ticket numbers. Pick tires accurately to fulfill customer orders. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
