Outreach/Homebased Therapist - $10,000 Sign on Bonus Alma, MI Description Now with a $10,000 sign on bonus paid at the successful completion of 6 months Gratiot Integrated Health Network (GIHN) has an immediate opening for a full-time, master's prepared clinician to provide behavioral health services to high-intensity youth and their families in the community and home setting. This position focuses on engaging youth and families where they are most comfortable, providing individualized, strength-based interventions to support stability, skill development, and improved family functioning. The Outreach/Home-Based Therapist will work collaboratively with families, schools, and community partners to ensure that youth have access to the supports needed for success. Services are provided primarily in the home and community, with flexibility to meet families during evenings as needed. The position maintains a small caseload size of approximately 12 families to ensure intensive, individualized support. This position may also include a small, back-up on-call requirement for crisis coverage if full-time crisis staff are unable to cover a shift. Must be able to demonstrate sensitivity, knowledge and use of appropriate approaches, skills and techniques which reflect an understanding and awareness of trauma and social, cultural and economic diversity of the target population served. Must actively support the goal of person-centered planning and integrated care. EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in Social Work or Professional Counseling required. Michigan licensure appropriate to professional degree, i.e., LLPC, LPC, LLMSW, LMSW is required. Must have experience in the diagnosis and provision of services to individuals with mental health illness, developmental disabilities, substance use disorders and co-occurring disorders in a mental health or other human services agency. Must have QMHP or QMRP and a minimum of one year related work experiences. Individual Specialized Training qualifies for a QMHP/QMRP.
