Overview

Our Seasonal Licensed Health Insurance Agents support our customers with their Medicare or Marketplace health insurance plans during the AEP/OEP season. A resident state license is required, but ResultsCX will support you in the purchase of any additional licenses required of your new position. There is no leads list, only qualified live leads transferred!

Responsibilities
  • Our Agents explain the features and advantages of the available medical plans and work to bring new members on as well as support current members with cost/plan analysis to identify the best products for them during their yearly review.
  • There is no leads list, only qualified live leads transferred!
  • This is a sales position but unlike other sales positions, we have paid training, and we are not commission based!
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required
  • License: Resident Health Insurance License in Hand with CE completed
  • Sales Skills: We are looking for people who are ready to sell and close the deal - charismatic and persuasive individuals who excel at building relationships and connecting with others.
  • Technical Proficiency: This position requires you to toggle back and forth between multiple systems while communicating with the customer. You will need to have intermediate/advanced technical proficiency
  • Availability: Open availability between 7am-12am EST 7 days a week during season
  • Pay Expectation: Our seasonal pay rates move from base pay to $21/hr on the first day of the selling season and return to base rates after the selling season.

Remote/work-from-home

Nothing compares to my home office - Can I work from home? To work virtual in your home, you will need:

  • A PC or laptop running Windows 10 operating system (NO Mac, Chromebook, Tablet or Smartphone)
  • High Speed Internet - minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and a minimum upload speed of 6 Mbps
  • Ability to connect directly to the internet service provider modem with an Ethernet cable, (WIFI is not acceptable)
  • 2 dedicated computer monitors minimum 13 inches or larger
  • A VoIP USB Headset with microphone and a Web Cam for Training
  • Dedicated workspace in your home that is free of background noise and distractions
  • Additional equipment specifications will be tested during the interview process
