We are looking for an experienced Commercial Litigation Associate to join our expanding team in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include a range of litigation tasks from pre-filing investigations to trial and appeals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience.
• Strong skills in writing, analysis, and depositions.
• Experience with complex discovery and ESI preferred.
