For more information, please visit us at Position Summary: Join a team where the Outpatient Program Therapist plans, provides, coordinates, documents, and evaluates direct and indirect social services to adult and adolescent IOP/ PHP patients in accordance with established methods and procedures of the hospital. Will conduct group therapy, family therapy, case management, treatment planning, rounding with clinical staff, discharge/care planning and follow-up, and resource development/assistance.
