Role Overview

We are hiring 2 Prompt Engineers for a mid-level, developer-focused role with a full-stack background and AI/ML expertise. The position involves building an iPad application with meeting recording capabilities (audio/video) and an integrated dashboard to help advisors manage virtual, in-person, and conference meetings. You will work directly with senior stakeholders, including the SVP of Platform and the CEO, so excellent communication and polished presentation skills are essential. The product team will be built around you.

Key Responsibilities

• Prompt Design & Optimization: Develop and refine prompt structures for LLMs (GPT-4o, Claude, Gemini) to ensure accurate and safe outputs.
• Prompt Playbook Development: Build reusable prompt templates and best practices for enterprise use.
• Workflow Integration: Collaborate across product, marketing, and operations to embed prompts into tools and AI-enabled workflows.
• Use Case Discovery: Identify opportunities for AI-powered automation, summarization, and content generation.
• AI Agent Prototyping: Design prompt chains and micro-apps using frameworks like LangChain or function-calling APIs.
• Impact Evaluation: Monitor performance using business metrics and feedback loops to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• 2+ years experience in Computer Science, NLP, Fintech, or AI-related roles.
• Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, or similar LLMs.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering concepts (zero/few-shot learning, retrieval-augmented generation).
• Experience with OpenAI APIs, embeddings, or agent frameworks.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Workday.
• Knowledge of responsible AI principles (bias, hallucination mitigation, data privacy).
• Prior experience in financial services, marketing technology, or advisory systems.
