Manager, Solutions Engineering

The Manager, Solutions Engineering plays an important role on the Technical Services team, reporting to the Director of Technical Solutions. In this role, you will lead and support a team of Solutions Engineers who are crafting innovative solutions that maximize the potential of a clients marketing technology.
The Manager, Solutions Engineer will ensure day-to-day operational success, effective resourcing, and high-quality technical delivery. This role requires strong people management skills, the ability to balance workload across the team, and a commitment to mentoring and developing technical talent. The Manager will also partner with internal teams and clients to ensure solutions are aligned with business needs and delivered to the highest standard. This is a hands-on role with a 60% utilization requirement, meaning the Manager will contribute as a Solutions Engineer while also managing the team.
We are a 100% remote company where you will work from your home with company-provided equipment to set you up for success. This role requires semi-frequent travel to professional office settings and other events locally and nationally.
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $125,000-$145,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at Shaw/Scott, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth.
