The Compensation team, within the Human Resources division, leads fair, competitive, and transparent pay practices. We manage job classification, salary structures, and career tracks to support employee growth and organizational effectiveness. We collaborate with university leadership and HR Business Partners to ensure compensation practices meet institutional goals and needs. The department recently redesigned the staff compensation and classification system to introduce clear job families, levels, and career pathways for over 500 staff roles, with no employee receiving a pay cut under View2022. This work aligns with the Empower Now strategic plan and benchmarks against peer institutions. Hybrid work may be possible for this role.
