Performs building repair, renovation, and maintenance in University buildings and structures to include carpentry work, painting, and routine electrical and mechanical work. Take the lead on small to medium work orders task, installation, carpentry and repair projects.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). Three years carpentry, painting, electrical and mechanical experience, facility repair and maintenance or other related work experience. Valid Driver's License required.
Associate Degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
