We invite finance professionals to become part of our dynamic team dedicated to training AI models. In this role, you will assess the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logical reasoning, and identify solutions to enhance the performance of each model.

We value individuals with robust financial acumen; therefore, candidates with a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in finance or related fields are strongly encouraged to apply. Relevant fields include:

Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Wealth Management, and Insurance Planning.

Responsibilities:

• Assign diverse and challenging problems to AI chatbots and assess their responses.
• Evaluate the output quality of AI models in terms of correctness and performance.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
• Strong proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, data analysis, and related reasoning exercises in financial management.
• A current, in progress, or completed Master's and/or PhD is preferred but not mandated.
