Job Description

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to determine project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather necessary information.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and materials in the construction industry.
• Review and refine estimates to ensure accuracy and alignment with client expectations.
• Provide input on value engineering opportunities and cost-saving strategies.
• Assist in preparing proposals and bid packages for submission to clients.
• Track and document changes to project scope and update estimates accordingly.
