Financial - Sustains growth through financial stewardship & fiscal responsibility. Assists in maximizing revenue and margin from donated goods through online sales. Oversees security procedures and audits incoming merchandise for loss control. Customer & Community - Collaborates with customers to understand and deliver customer's needs & expectations. Provides positive and professional working relationships with peers, team members, and outside vendors to ensure effective operation of E-Commerce. Operational Excellence - Implements strategies to maximize resources and infrastructure. Oversees the proper procedures for handling and sales of E-Commerce merchandise. Implements and maintains procedures to maximize efficiencies in production, sales, customer service, and receipt of store donations with a focus on continuous improvement.
