Digible Core Values:
The Role:
Digible is looking for our first Lead Product Manager to lead our Reporting Pod and help shape the future of our product organization.
As Lead PM, you'll own the vision, strategy, and delivery of Digible's reporting experience - turning complex marketing data into clear, actionable storytelling for multifamily property managers. You'll help make reporting the reason clients choose Digible, transforming it from a tool into a trusted thought partner.
You'll partner with and lead a cross-functional team of product, design, engineering, and agency partners to build technology and processes so valuable that clients not only stay with Digible - they grow their business because of it. You'll also collaborate directly with leaders across the organization, including the executive team, to align strategy and elevate how Digible delivers value to clients.
In your first chapter, you'll directly oversee the Reporting Pod (our highest-impact domain) and support adjacent teams like Data Platform and our Posts + Fair Housingproducts. Over time, you'll take on direct leadership of an additional pod as we scale our team.
This is our first product leadership hire after the SVP of Product & Strategy. You'll set the bar for product craft and culture at Digible, helping us grow into a product-led, customer-centric organization. You'll report directly to the SVP of Product & Strategy.

We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.
Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it.
