About The Team: LINQ's Customer Experience department supports K-12 schools and districts, guiding administrators and educators from onboarding and training to troubleshooting and beyond.

About The Role

As the Sr. Director, Professional Services at LINQ, you will lead and manage the professional services team (Directors, Managers, Project Managers, Consultants, and Business Analysts) across all products to ensure successful implementation and adoption of our educational technology solutions. This role requires deep knowledge of the Education & SaaS landscape, strong leadership, and experience in creating and executing Professional Services methodologies.

What You'll Be Doing

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Cultivate a high-performing implementation team through hiring, coaching, and mentoring to achieve operational excellence and successful implementations.
  • Foster a collaborative culture with knowledge sharing and professional development.
  • Set clear team goals and KPIs aligned with company strategy and customer needs.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with state administrators, district leaders, and educational institutions.
  • Collaborate with sales during pre-sales to understand requirements and develop implementation plans.
  • Serve as escalation point for customers during the implementation process, guiding teams through transitions and addressing challenges.

Driving Operational Effectiveness:

  • Champion a vision for implementation success aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee end-to-end implementation execution for LINQ solutions, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery.
  • Coordinate standard project plans, resource allocation, and timelines across teams.
  • Drive customer success by ensuring adoption and maximizing value.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and advocate for customer needs internally to improve offerings.

Ownership of KPIs & Operational Metrics:

  • Manage P&L with guidance from leadership; monitor utilization, time-to-value, backlog, and margins.
  • Report on project health, timelines, risks, and mitigations; forecast revenue and resources with Finance.
