Position
Influential is looking for an experienced Associate Director, Client Solutions. As the client solutions point of contact for a dermatological skincare brand, this role is responsible for partnering with brand engagement teams to deliver exceptional strategic opportunities, creator campaigns, and business outcomes on time and on budget. They are responsible for collaborating to build strong client relationships and develop organic growth through campaign success, platform and content innovation, the development of best-in-class, opportunistic ideas. We're looking for a dynamic leader with their finger on the pulse of the social media space, who has deep influencer campaign experience and will provide strategic oversight while motivating a diverse, fast-moving team to help our brands grow in a competitive space.
In general, on a typical day you will:
- Act as the primary point of contact and relationship builder between Influential and the brand/client
- Serve as the client advocate to ensure the Influential team has the necessary information/briefing, and awareness of KPIs to scope and complete a project, on schedule and on budget, including client program goals, product knowledge, and best practices
- Lead and engage portfolio team across clients and campaigns, working collaboratively to drive programs that meet the client's performance and business objectives
- Monitor and track client's strategic performance objectives for all their existing initiatives to ensure program goals are being met/exceeded, driving KPIs like brand Share of Influence and Audience Cohort goals
- Act as a point of contact on client account admin including campaign SOWs, budget tracking, and escalation to problem solve issues as appropriate
- Work with internal team to ensure the client develops trust in the portfolio team by overseeing client outputs and communication
- Ability to see the big picture by thinking conceptually, imaginatively, and systematically addressing potential challenges and optimizing opportunities, utilizing data to draw conclusions and impact future campaign efficiencies
- Lead process improvements, ensuring efficiency, build value for the organization by proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks to the business
- Maintain and expand working knowledge of research products, industry trends, and competitive set as they relate to the client's business
Qualifications
Being an Associate Director, Client Solutions requires:
- 7+ years of experience working in influencer marketing or related area, preferably in the beauty space, either at an agency or in-house
- Extensive planning and project/campaign management within industry verticals
- Deep understanding of the beauty/skincare industry, with a passion for the differences of dermatological beauty and strong knowledge of the competitive space
- Excellent engagement and negotiation skills across client management, expectation management, and conflict resolution
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple client campaigns and priorities with discretion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to interact professionally with external and internal clients
- Thrives within a dynamic and evolving environment, competent at generating process and structure as needed to best activate the team
- Knowledgeable of all major social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, with finger on the pulse of rising platforms and their impact on the creator ecosystem
- Familiarity with platforms like Traackr, Salesforce, and Monday a plus
- Insatiable curiosity and drive to learn and stay up to date on the latest trends and innovations in the social, influencer, and commerce space
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Salary Range
$110K- $125K
