Topo Advisors provides fractional embedded accounting and finance support to early-stage companies. Topo's customers look to us as early-stage company experts focused on helping their companies succeed. We're on a path to scale quickly, and we're looking for a Growth Manager to own and accelerate our marketing and demand generation efforts.
You'll play a critical role in creating and executing strategies that fuel our sales pipeline, elevate our brand, and help Topo Advisors become the go-to partner for early-stage companies nationwide. This is a highly strategic, hands-on role where you'll work directly with leadership to drive measurable revenue impact.
This role can be remote in states where Topo operates (see full list below). We're headquartered in Indianapolis, IN.
Our marketing mission is simple: drive sustained, scalable revenue growth. We're seeking a strategic and creative growth marketer to design and execute campaigns that deliver qualified leads, nurture relationships, and convert interest into action.
