Qualification/Experience:

1. BS Computer Science / BS Information Technology / BS Computer Engineering / Software Engineering from a HEC recognized institution with 05 years of relevant experience.
2. Or
3. Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Engineering / Software Engineering from a HEC recognized institution with 03 years of relevant experience.
4. BS Degree from a HEC recognized institution with 08 years of relevant experience.

Required Skills:

1. Proficiency with Campus Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, or similar platforms.
2. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, or similar educational platforms.
3. Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and best practices for managing user data within the CMS.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels within the CMS/LMS.
2. Ensure system security, stability, and performance through regular maintenance and updates.
3. Provide training sessions and resources to users on how to effectively use the CMS/LMS platform.
4. Offer ongoing support and assistance to users, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues promptly.
5. Develop user guides, tutorials, and documentation to facilitate self-service and adoption.
6. Integrate third-party tools and technologies with the CMS/LMS to enhance functionality and user experience.
7. Customize the platform to meet specific organizational needs, such as branding, workflows, and reporting.
8. Ensure seamless integration and interoperability with other systems and applications.

2. NUST employees with less than one year of service with NUST and/or absence of NOC from the Head of Institution.

5. Candidates serving in Govt departments, Armed Forces, etc may apply through their respective parent departments/organizations.
6. Late/incomplete applications will be ignored. Only short-listed candidates will be considered/called for interview and no TA/DA will be admissible.
