Spotsylvania Animal Hospital is looking for a full or part-time Customer Service Representative to join their team. SAH fosters a positive, welcoming culture that feels like family. General Job Tasks / Essential Functions

• Greet clients entering SAH promptly and professionally.


• Dress professionally in clean attire. Personal appearance must be clean, neat and tasteful.


• Accurately schedule appointments and surgeries.


• Assist clients to their vehicles with pets and/or purchases when needed.


• Complete daily department checklists and keep the reception area neat and professional.


• Organize and update client information in Avimark.


• Maintain a respectful and professional attitude toward coworkers and clients.


• Receive and respond to or process incoming communications from clients.


• Check out clients, verify invoices, present them to clients, and process payments accurately.


• Perform end-of-day procedures in Avimark and prepare daily settlement of cash, checks, and credit card transactions.


• Call clients to remind them of appointments and surgeries.
