What Youll Do:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive new business.
• Network and build lasting relationships with local businesses.
• Engage in B2B marketing, appointment setting, and client visits.
• Partner with recruiters to deliver top talent to your clients.
• Keep track of progress and sales activity in our CRM.
• Stay engaged with the community through networking and industry events.

What Were Looking For:

• 2+ years of sales experience (B2B preferred).
• A competitive, driven mindset you love a challenge!
• Someone coachable & proactive, willing to take action and learn.
• Resilience the ability to handle rejection and keep pushing forward.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Reliable transportation for in-person client meetings.

Compensation & Perks:

• Base Salary: $37,400 - $42,000 + Uncapped Commission No limits on your success!
