THE JOB:
At BR Prime, Beau Rivage's crown jewel steakhouse, every plate reflects precision, passion, and world-class flavor. As a Cook, you will bring that vision to life-whether perfectly searing prime cuts, preparing signature sides, or ensuring every dish leaves the kitchen flawlessly presented. Your culinary skill and dedication will help create dining experiences that guests remember long after their visit. Working alongside an elite team, you'll uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and hospitality-delivering the exceptional service and bold flavors that define BR Prime.
THE STARTING RATE: $18.55 an hour
THE SCHEDULE:
Swing Shift | Full Time
Tuesday - Thursday | 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Friday & Saturday | 2:30pm - 11:00pm
Off: Sunday & Monday
BR Prime Steakhouse Overview
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
* Apply solid culinary techniques and maintain strong knowledge of food products
* Safely identify and operate kitchen equipment to prepare dishes with consistency and care
* Restock kitchen supplies and food items to ensure readiness for service
* Properly label and date products, following all sanitation and safekeeping standards
* Execute detailed plate presentations with attention to authenticity and quality
* Assist kitchen leadership and teammates during service to maintain smooth operations
* Prepare and maintain solid knowledge of base sauces, stocks, and soups
* Work collaboratively to meet guest needs and support the team
