About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Estimator with 5-10 years of extensive experience in commercial and government construction projects. This pivotal position focuses on accurately estimating costs, managing bids, and aiding our leadership team in securing and delivering projects. You will primarily work on hospitals, state and federal government facilities, and other substantial commercial ventures. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, a meticulous eye for detail, and excel in a dynamic, professional atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create precise and detailed cost estimates for commercial, healthcare, and government construction projects.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and proposals to formulate competitive bids.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure cost efficiency.
• Monitor market trends in labor and material pricing to uphold competitive estimates.
• Assist in preparing bid documents, proposals, and presentations for clients.
• Guarantee compliance with federal and state regulations related to public projects.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in estimating for commercial and/or government construction is required.
• Thorough understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials.
• Proficiency in estimating software and the MS Office Suite.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with hospital projects and state/federal buildings is highly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000, commensurate with experience.
