Job Details

Responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing heavy machinery used on construction sites including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, graders, cranes, and other large equipment by performing routine maintenance checks, troubleshooting malfunctions, and replacing worn parts. This position requires knowledge of diesel and gasoline engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and mechanical components to ensure efficient and safe equipment operation. This position also performs high level preventative maintenance and repairs to diesel and gasoline engines commonly found on 4 K 10 K forklifts, tractors, power shovels, road machinery, air compressors, concrete mixers and other engine driven or towed construction equipment. Troubleshoot and repair MVAC systems. Perform operator, intermediate, and limited major rebuild levels of maintenance which includes spot painting.
