General Description:
The Site Manager leads a dynamic Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul facility supporting a wide variety of Government, and Commercial aviation customers. The Site Manager manages the resources that plan, execute, control, and inspect all aircraft maintenance, modification, and support programs to ensure on time delivery of safe and high-quality work that provides value to our customers. Must be a customer-oriented leader and management expert with extensive skill in aircraft maintenance and modification planning and execution. Must be an expert in leading employee recruiting efforts, manpower management, safety, environmental compliance and quality control applications. The Site Manager has responsibility for the FAA Part 145 Repair Station and the AS9110 Quality Management System. Responsible for the supervision of all rotary and fixed wing aircraft maintenance.
