Why This Role Matters

As a Secondary Marketing Associate, youll play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our Secondary Marketing team. Your work ensures accurate rate distribution, timely data entry, and operational efficiency helping our team maintain compliance and deliver a seamless experience for internal partners.

• Distribute daily rate sheets and ensure timely updates
• Assist in processing rate lock and relock requests
• Perform data entry and reconciliation tasks for settled loans
• Maintain accurate records of loan pricing and lock desk activities
• Provide administrative support to the Secondary Marketing team
• Respond to basic inquiries and escalate complex issues to senior staff
• Stay informed about internal policies and market guidelines
• Take on other tasks as assigned to support team operations

What You Bring

• Bachelor's Degree - Finance or Business Administration
• A basic understanding of mortgage or financial markets
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating across teams
• No certifications required just a willingness to learn and grow
