Responsible for managing internal operations of Gunter Library. Oversees interlibrary loan, circulation, collection management, and assists faculty, staff, students, and public patrons with research and needs in a timely and professional manner. In conjunction with the Head of Gunter Library, plans and executes outreach events that support the campus and public communities. Assists Head of Gunter Library with the teaching, consulting, and researching needs of the School of Ocean Science and Engineering on multiple campuses. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Manages library operations, staff, and student employees, and ensures library collections and resources are well maintained. Prepares and maintains monthly report of activities. Uses SOARFIN to produce budget reports, track expenditures, and reconcile transactions.
