Builds relationships with members via several different channels by having effective conversations about banking needs and financial goals. Channels include but are not limited to face to face, over the phone, online banking, electronic communications, and business visits. - Meets with members for all banking needs from basic transactions to more complex financial needs. - Responsible for building relationships in the Community and positively representing Navigator Credit Union. - Assist members by teaching to manage money wisely, make sound financial decisions, and achieve financial stability in life. - Must be knowledgeable on providing tips/resources on building credit scores, budgeting and helping members set up financial goals. - Able to have consultative conversations with members to proactively offer Credit Union products and services to have members expand their relationship with the Credit Union.
