# ArchitectIt's You ThatWe're Looking For#### **About the Job**We are looking for a **Senior SAP Product Manager** to join an international tech consultancy and lead the evolution of innovative AI-driven solutions in the Manufacturing and Supply Chain space. This role combines technology, business, and customer experience, driving new features from concept to launch and ensuring the product continues to deliver value to enterprise clients.You will refine the product vision with leadership, define and prioritize the roadmap, translate requirements into clear user stories, conduct product discovery and client validation, represent the users voice internally, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will also build strong relationships with users and stakeholders, identify opportunities for broader adoption, cross-selling, or upselling, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on value propositions.#### **Main Requirements*** Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Operations Research, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) with focus on technology, AI, or operations is a strong plus.* **At least 5 years of professional experience**, including at least 4 years of SAP functional or technical experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Industrial Operations, ideally in demand planning, supply planning, or production scheduling.* Experience delivering and adapting supply chain solutions for enterprise B2B customers.* **Background with gathering of functional/technical requirements, creating user stories, and working with engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments.*** **Hands-on experience** **in customer-facin****g roles** (product discovery, user interviews, stakeholder management).* **Product management experience** with a proven track record of taking B2B SaaS or AI-based products from concept to launch is a strong plus.* Experience identifying product expansion or cross-sell opportunities in B2B software.* **Candidates must be comfortable working and communicating in English daily. ********Nice to have:*** Prior software product management experience.* Expertise in evaluating or managing deployment of software applications for manufacturing and supply chain operations.* Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, Confluence).* Experience leading cross-functional teams.#### **Personality Traits*** Result-driven;* Team player;* Proactive;* Growth mindset;#### **What Can You Expect**You will join a dynamic international consultancy recognized for excellence in data management and innovation.
