Asphalt Manager - Leadership Opportunity with a Growing Civil Contractor

We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Manager to oversee all aspects of asphalt operations, including production, paving, quality control, and team management. This is a key leadership role with a respected civil contractor known for infrastructure, roadwork, and site development projects.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage asphalt crews and paving operations
• Coordinate scheduling, materials, and equipment
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and production goals
• Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Mentor and develop crew leaders and field staff

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience managing asphalt paving operations
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Knowledge of DOT standards and job cost tracking
• Commitment to safety and quality
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
