THE JOB:
As a part-time Cook in the Employee Dining Room (EDR) at Beau Rivage, you will fuel our team members by preparing fresh, flavorful, and satisfying meals that keep the heart of the property running strong. Your culinary skills and attention to detail will ensure every dish served meets our high standards for quality, safety, and presentation. Working behind the scenes, you will create delicious, well-balanced menus for our employees to enjoy-helping them stay energized and ready to deliver
world-class guest experiences.
THE STARTING RATE: $16.16 an hour
THE SCHEDULE:
Part Time | Day Shift
Sunday - Tuesday | 6:00am - 2:00pm
Wednesday | 8:00am - 1:00pm
Off | Thursday - Saturday
Must be open and flexible to work outside of the primary schedule, including varied shifts, weekends and holidays
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
* Apply solid culinary techniques and maintain strong knowledge of food products
* Safely identify and operate kitchen equipment to prepare dishes with consistency and care
* Restock kitchen supplies and food items to ensure readiness for service
* Properly label and date products to maintain food safety and sanitation standards
* Execute precise plate presentations with attention to quality and visual appeal
* Assist kitchen leadership and teammates during service to maintain smooth operations
* Prepare and maintain solid knowledge of base sauces, stocks, and soups
* Collaborate with team members to meet guest needs and uphold service excellence
