Job Summary
This position performs journeyman-level work and participates in mechanical and electrical repair and operation and machinery and participates in the carpentry operation of University buildings areas, equipment, including light wood construction, hanging and finishing sheetrock and painting. As needed, this position performs landscaping, moves furniture, and coordinates with other trades.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and at least four years' experience in the operations, maintenance, and repair of facility electrical and mechanical equipment and systems and/or related experience. Valid driver's license required. Must be eligible to receive a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card upon employment.
