As an Account Manager - Client Success Team, you will report to the Manager of the Client Success Team. The CSM's primary goals are to delight clients, increase retention, and increase recurring revenue through the adoption of Subsplash services by strategically consulting, strengthening relationships, staying informed and educating clients on industry knowledge, and helping clients maximize their investment in Subsplash through fuller utilization of our platform. The base salary for this role is between $50-55k/yr, with an average first year on-target-earnings (OTE) ranging from $68,000 - 82,000/yr.
Subsplash currently has operations in 27 states across the US. This role is 100% remote only if you reside in one of the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, ID, IA, IN, KS, KY, MO, MI, MN, NC, NM, OK, OH, OR, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WY. If you do not reside in one of these states, we are unable to consider your application.
This position is classified as Full-time/Non-Exempt and eligible for overtime pay. Primary position hours are 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Mon-Fri.
