As a Solutions Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting our Mid-Market and Enterprise customers post-sale. Youll collaborate closely with our Implementation, Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction. This role requires a strong mix of product expertise, technical aptitude, and business understanding helping customers and partners alike leverage Dutchies technology to its fullest potential. Youll be expected to provide clear guidance on Dutchies point-of-sale API and E-Commerce SDK, answer technical questions, and ensure customers are set up for long-term success. A foundational understanding of SEO best practices is also essential, as youll advise customers on strategies to optimize their digital presence using Dutchies tools.
What You'll Do
- Customer Success & Technical Guidance: Provide exceptional post-sale support to Mid-Market and Enterprise customers, including troubleshooting and advising on technical use cases involving Dutchies API and SDK.
- Partner Enablement: Serve as a trusted advisor to technology partners, supporting their integration and implementation questions.
- Trainings: Conduct customer trainings and workshops (on-site and virtual) to maximize product adoption and technical understanding.
- SOP Development: Collaborate with customers to design Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned to workflows and industry best practices.
- Technical Problem Solving: Identify and implement creative, technically sound solutions to address complex customer challenges.
- SEO & E-Commerce Optimization: Provide foundational SEO guidance to help customers improve discoverability and digital performance.
- Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date with Dutchies product features, updates, and roadmap; act as an internal and external subject matter expert.
- Feedback Loop: Collect and share customer and partner insights to help shape product direction.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Influence product improvements as part of internal SME groups and ensure alignment with Customer Success and Sales teams.
- Travel: Up to 20% travel for on-site customer engagements.
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- Technical aptitude with demonstrated ability to learn and support APIs, SDKs, and software integrations.
- Fundamental knowledge of SEO best practices and digital optimization.
- Experience in a similar role at a technology or software company, ideally within SaaS or e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of the cannabis industry and regulatory environment (preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Creative problem-solving mindset and ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working independently.
- Willingness to travel up to 15%.
Youll Get
We are targeting a starting salary of $77,000 - $103,000 based on the intended level for this role.
