Production Supervisor

Hire Up Staffing is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee operations at a busy commercial laundry facility. Pay- $18+ DOE Shift- Second shift - 330pm-12am and requires flexibility, including weekends.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and motivate a production team to meet daily targets
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
• Oversee workflow, scheduling, and linen inventory
• Monitor production quality and implement improvements
• Support training, performance evaluations, and team development
• Troubleshoot production issues and suggest process improvements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in laundry, production, or hospitality required
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to perform basic math and follow company procedures
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer literacy
• Must be flexible with hours, including weekends

Physical Requirements:

• Work in hot/cold industrial environments with noise
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines
