The Corporate Staff Attorney reports directly to the SVP, Contract Management, and Associate General Counsel and prepares, reviews, and approves a wide range of business contracts. Representing First Advantage's interests, he/she evaluates contractual risks, works with internal and external teams on contract negotiations, and finds resolutions to issues in order to enter into mutually beneficial agreements. This individual also ensures that activities, policies, business practices, and transactions comply with all relevant laws and regulations. This position requires a highly organized individual with excellent attention to detail. This individual must have the ability to work independently on projects and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

The salary range for this position is approximately $70,000-$80,000 base annually. This range reflects our good faith estimate to pay fairly as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on the selected candidates experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process.
