Experience: 5-8 Years
Requirements:
Candidate must have knowledge of Thai (Primary) and English languages, with 5+ years of experience, good communication skills in both languages, and technical skills on Windows desktop platforms.
Strong technical background with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Respond to client support requests and contact users to identify issues.
Resolve user issues related to desktop software, patches, security updates, and tools.
Escalate software and application issues to relevant teams.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops/laptops remotely.
Support OS, Office, basic system applications, and Anti-Virus clients.
Apply knowledge of ITIL processes and MIM.
Perform hardware repairs, software modifications, and minor repairs.
Understand VPN configuration and mobile device security protocols.
Handle support via calls, chat, email; assist with software, connectivity, password resets, Outlook, printing issues.
Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions in Active Directory.
Provide on-site support for hardware, installations, and cabling.
Additional Skills: Knowledge of AD, O365, MS-Office, software/hardware installation, and basic network support.
