We are currently looking for an Orthodontic Care Assistant who is eager to provide exceptional dental care and contribute to making a positive impact in our community. Join a close-knit team that values collaboration and compassion.

  • Engage with your community through local events, school screenings, and outreach initiatives.
  • Participate in team huddles to share appreciation and highlight exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver compassionate care and support to all patients.
  • Guide parents and patients through our treatment processes.
  • Educate patients on effective oral hygiene practices and provide postoperative care instructions.
  • Prepare patients for examinations and treatments.
  • Take x-rays and maintain patient records.
  • Capture high-quality orthodontic photos.
  • Ensure operational readiness for all procedures.
  • Prepare necessary materials for dental procedures.
  • Sterilize and disinfect instruments and treatment areas.
  • Assist the dental team during procedures.
  • Document patient information, treatment plans, and procedures accurately.
  • Manage impression materials and related tasks with precision.
  • Adhere to legal regulations and company compliance standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Orthodontic or Dental Assistant Certification (state-dependent).
  • Preferred experience of at least 1 year in Orthodontic Assisting.
  • CPR/BLS Certification is required.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Strong customer service focus and enthusiasm for patient satisfaction.
  • Compassionate and service-oriented attitude.
  • Integrity and a commitment to doing the right thing.
  • Dependable and reliable in attendance.
  • Attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
