Job Details

We are looking for the new member of our experienced and cohesive team for the position of Application Support Specialist.

Your tasks will be:

1. On-premise installation of the Itiner product family and its related components for our clients and partners, as well as the support and execution of version upgrades.
2. Administration of the processes mentioned above.
3. Verbal and email communication with IT professionals of clients and partners.
4. Log analysis and inspection: interpretation of error messages and logs, provide help for the clients.
5. Technical support helpdesk: server, SQL, web, IIS, etc. settings, support of error handling.
6. Hosting and maintenance of the Itiner product family internally.
7. Support of the regular maintenance and review of the products' installation guides (documentation).
8. Operation of the company's IT infrastructure.

We are looking for your application if you possess the following skills and experience:

1. 5 years relevant experience (at least).
2. Fluent active English and Hungarian language skills, both spoken and written.
3. High level of precision and patience.
4. Independent task performance and project approach.

You have an advantage if you possess a Microsoft exam in the field of IT operation:

1. MS 20764 - Administering a SQL Database infrastructure.
2. MS 20762 - Developing a SQL Database infrastructure.
3. Administering Windows Server Networking and Active Directory Services.
4. AZ-500T00 - Microsoft Azure Security Technologies.

Other skills and experience:

1. Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Windows, MS SQL, M365, IIS, AD, SharePoint, Hyper-V technologies.
2. Experience in Linux, Azure, VMware technologies.
3. Advantage if you have experience in: Android, Apple, Cisco, Power Platform, System Center, Citrix, Redhat, CentOS technologies.
