Are you a strategic and hands-on automotive sales leader ready to make a bold impact? We're seeking a Sales Director to lead our new and used vehicle operations in South Mississippi. This is your chance to shape a high-performing team, drive profitability, and elevate the customer experience in one of the regions most respected dealerships.

What You Will Do

• Lead and coach New Car, Used Car, Digital, and Floor Sales Managers
• Set and execute sales strategies and monthly/ quarterly forecasts
• Oversee marketing alignment, inventory mix, and merchandising strategy
• Collaborate with F&I, Service, and Accounting to ensure total operational integrity
• Foster a culture of accountability, mentorship, and professional growth
• Analyze performance, protect front/back-end gross, and optimize profitability
• Engage with customers to drive satisfaction and retention
• Integrate fixed and variable ops to maximize sales and acquisition opportunities
  
  

What Were Looking For

• 5+ years of progressive sales management experience in automotive retail
• A track record of hitting volume and gross targets with integrity
• Exceptional leadership, planning, and communication skills
• Knowledge of CRM tools, digital merchandising, and DMS systems (DealerTrack preferred)
• Ability to manage multi-department operations and lead through others
• Strategic mindset with the energy to lead from the front
