Landor is looking for a Senior Client Manager to join our Cincinnati studio.
Our Client Services team helps clients gain agility and identify opportunities for profitable growth by thriving in an accelerated pace of change where disruption is the norm. This role participates in, and often leads, brand discussions, client workshops, brainstorms and the development of strategic deliverables to recommend growth opportunities that expand Landor's offer with your clients.
A Senior Client Manager who brings experience in project management in a branding consultancy, advertising agency or business consultancy. You will have experience working with clients and being a key contributor to project success. You will have excellent client presence, organizational and detail-orientation skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to work in a fast-moving environment that is strategically and intellectually agile. You will be respectful of changing priorities and able to work with people across the business to manage this effectively. You will have the ability to lead and mentor others to success.
You will be a relationship builder with the ability to create connections and gain the trust of others with ease. You will be humble, hungry and a great listener who can skillfully see where you can offer support and assistance. You will use your exceptional organizational skills and proactive approach to understand the challenges of team members, problem solving to find a great solution which drives results. And most importantly, youll not be afraid to roll up your sleeves and get involved.
