What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as a primary contact for the Rowan product line, managing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty


• Utilize advanced sales techniques to engage high-value customers and drive market expansion


• Achieve and exceed sales targets in alignment with the employer's sales objectives


• Support clients using Rowan software for patent preparation and prosecution, driving adoption through hands-on engagement


• Provide sales insights and market feedback to senior leadership and collaborate with product teams on future enhancements

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent relevant work experience


• Minimum of 7 years of professional work experience in sales and/or intellectual property


• At least 3 years of IP experience related to patent drafting work


• Strong understanding of USPTO patent filing requirements


• Proven track record in successfully selling to law firms and/or corporate legal teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Previous work experience as a Patent Attorney


• In-depth knowledge of the competitive landscape in patent solutions


• Experience in developing best practices for product deployment and usage
