Codaray Construction is actively seeking an experienced Superintendent. The ideal candidate is ready to travel and bring expertise to the field.

Your primary responsibility will be to liaise between the field and our Project Manager, effectively scheduling, planning, and directing all field operations. This includes overseeing the work of Codaray's forces and subcontractors to ensure a smooth and successful project execution.

Your role involves upholding safety standards and quality control policies within the project scope. You will also be responsible for reviewing subcontractor scopes, maintaining budget adherence, and ensuring that the construction process meets our clients' satisfaction.

• Review contracts, specifications, and drawings from the owner.
• Work closely with the Project Manager on budgets, scopes, and buyouts.
• Develop and implement site-specific Safety and Quality Programs.
• Create site logistics and utilization plans.
• Identify project milestones, critical issues, and long leads in the development of the master project schedule.
• Manage field labor needs, material requirements, and equipment utilization.
• Oversee commissioning activities and manage project closeout processes.
• Maintain communication with the owner throughout the warranty period.
• Enforce daily housekeeping procedures and uphold safety regulations.
• Prepare comprehensive daily Superintendent reports.
• Participate actively in meetings and project reviews.
• Mentor and train project field staff while fostering teamwork and employee morale.
• Act as the professional representative of Codaray Construction at all times.

• Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of construction experience, including 7 years in a leadership role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction software.
• Ability to interpret and understand construction documents.
• Hands-on leadership and team evaluation skills.
• Extensive knowledge of construction disciplines, safety regulations, and project management practices.
