Job Description:As a Journeyman Plumber, you will perform plumbing installations, maintenance, and repairs for a variety of commercial and residential properties. You will be expected to troubleshoot, diagnose issues, and provide quality service in accordance with industry standards and local plumbing codes.
Responsibilities:- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in both commercial and residential settings- Diagnose plumbing issues, offer effective solutions, and perform necessary repairs- Work with blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan plumbing installations- Inspect and test plumbing systems to ensure compliance with local regulations and codes- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient job completion- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients- Maintain a safe and organized work environment- Stay up to date on plumbing techniques, trends, and industry regulations
Qualifications:- Valid Journeyman Plumbing License- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed plumber- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and local codes- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Excellent problem-solving skills- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environments, including commercial sites
Qualifications:- Experience in both commercial and residential plumbing- Knowledge of energy-efficient plumbing systems- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred
