Make and receive calls to assist members with benefit inquiries
Schedule online consultations and conduct virtual meetings via Zoom
Explain available coverage options in an easy-to-understand way
Complete and process digital applications accurately and efficiently
Keep detailed records of client communications and updates
Collaborate with your team to meet goals and quality standards
Take part in professional development and leadership workshops
