We are currently seeking a qualified Water/Wastewater Project Manager to become part of our talented engineering team. This role offers the opportunity to work in one of our four offices in the Jackson (MS) Metro Area.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects related to water/wastewater, municipal, or site civil projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project and client needs.
  • Engage with public officials and stakeholders to drive community impact.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer in Mississippi or ability to obtain within 6 to 12 months (preferred).
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in water/wastewater, municipal, or site civil projects.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on planning and conceptualization.
  • Ability to produce clear, concise, and accurate technical reports and memorandums.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, colleagues, and clients.
  • Experience with hydraulic computer models such as EPANET, Bentley WaterCAD, or Autodesk InfoWater is preferred.
  • Proficiency in hydraulic design and computer modeling software is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD (and/or Civil 3D) and ArcGIS is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
