Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Support the Configuration Change Manager in processing of request contract changes, condition found reports, and authorized work items
• Manage and monitor the change budget
• Provide routine reports on the current change status
• Support production team with condition found report development and production analysis
• Develop and maintain weekly and quarterly production reports and presentations
• Proactively identify issues or potential shortfalls for management resolution

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree plus at least 5 years of relevant work experience or High School diploma with minimum 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and Excel required.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform Suite of products, preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate with a broad range of people.
• Experience with DoD contracts preferred.
• Familiarity with working in a shipyard preferred.
• Active Secret Clearance is required.
