The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Mechanical Construction Project Manager to lead the successful completion of our data center projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring project quality, profitability, and adherence to timelines. You will adeptly manage project teams and uphold the ethical standards of Hermanson Company while delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing employee training and development.
• Collaborating with various departments to meet strategic goals.
• Building strong relationships with clients based on trust and service excellence.

Your Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• 5 - 10 years of experience in the mechanical construction field, with a solid understanding of project management.
• A proven ability to build excellent customer relationships and solve complex problems.
• Strong technical knowledge regarding mechanical system operations.
• Experience in developing and managing project plans, scopes of work, and schedules.
• Skills in preparing client and subcontractor change orders.
• Financial monitoring and reporting capabilities for project performance.
• Ability to coordinate work with subcontractors, trades, and vendors.
• Coaching and mentoring skills for team members.
• Proficiency in utilizing computer tools and online resources.
• Effective mathematical, communication, reasoning, and business skills.

Education

A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, or Engineering is preferred, or equivalent experience.
