Immediate opportunity for remote call center representatives $18.50/hr. Candidates must sit out of Pacific Standard Time. Opportunity to work for one of the largest utility companies in the area. You must be flexible to work on Christmas and New Year's Day. Eight shifts will be assigned from 7am-6:30pm. All candidates must be fully flexible. Equipment provided. Start date 12/15.
2 years of call center experience
Experience managing 60+ inbound phone calls
Microsoft Office proficient
Excellent communication skills
As a Service Intake Liaison, you will act as the critical link between customers and our service technicians, ensuring smooth communication and efficient resolution of service needs. You will serve as the subject matter expert and real-time troubleshooter for customers experiencing issues, while coordinating with technical teams to deliver timely solutions. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, technical understanding, and the ability to manage high-volume inbound inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
This is a contract position based out of Las Vegas, NV.
The pay range for this position is $18.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
