Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and medication reminders. Support household tasks, meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed. Monitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents; maintain confidentiality and use EVV system. Ensure a safe environment, operate medical equipment properly, and respond promptly to client needs.
