Join a third party Financial Services company as a French Bilingual Customer Service Representative in a work from home setting!
Customer Service Representatives will be calling on auto leases and loans to customers who have inefficiencies in their insurance.
This could be due to it being cancelled, missing a payment, something missing in the document, etc.
The customer service rep will be calling the customer on behalf of the insurance (Capital One, GM, BMW, Audi, Credit Unions, etc.) to gather more information. Overall, they are assisting customers with problem resolutions to make sure all insurance requirements are met.
All informative calls, not sales or collections
14 calls an hour, 100% on the phones all day
Verify insurance with agents (for example if a deduction is too high).
Upload information to company's internal website.
Leave scripted messages when insurance agents don't answer the phone (based on client approved messages).
Main Position Details:
Start: 1/05/2026
Pay: $16.00/Hr
Training: First 3 weeks 8:30am-5:00pm CST, they will go through class room training, shadowing, and handling calls with people listening in.
Schedule: Must be open for either of the options listed below:
Tuesday - Friday 10:30am - 7:00pm & Saturday 7:00am - 4:00pm CST
Monday - Friday 10:30 - 7:00pm CST
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 3 Month Contract-to-hire
Qualifications
High School Diploma
1+ year of Customer service experience
Bilingual in French & English
Ability to @type 30 WPM
Comfort level that they WILL be on the phones all day long
